恒温湿化器联合密闭式吸痰在气管切开患者护理中应用效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：?^察与研究恒温湿化器联合密闭式吸痰在气管切开患者护理中的应用效果。方法：选取2016年2月-2017年6月本院收治的102例气管切开患者为研究对象，将其根据随机分配的原则分为常规吸痰组（对照组）和恒温湿化器联合密闭式吸痰组（观察组），各51例。统计与比较两组患者肺部感染发生率、人工留管时间、住院时间、患者满意度及干预前后的痰液黏度、血氧饱和度及痰菌阳性率。结果：观察组的肺部感染发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组的人工留管时间及住院时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组干预后不同时间的痰液黏度、血氧饱和度及痰菌阳性率均显著优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：恒温湿化器联合密闭式吸痰在气管切开患者护理中的应用效果较好，适用于气管切开的患者。 　　【关键词】 恒温湿化器； 密闭式吸痰； 气管切开； 应用效果 　　Observation on the Application Effect of Constant Temperature Humidifier Combined with Closed Suction in the Nursing of Patients with Tracheotomy/ZENG Xueping，LI Jin.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（35）：100-103 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and study the application effect of constant temperature humidifier combined with closed suction in the nursing of patients with tracheotomy.Method：102 patients with tracheotomy in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the study objects，and they were divided into routine suction group（control group）and constant temperature humidifier combined with closed suction group（observation group），51 cases in each group，by the principle of random distribution.Then the pulmonary infection rates，artificial indwelling drain time，hospitalization time，satisfaction degree of patients，sputum viscosity，blood oxygen saturation and positive rate of sputum bacteria before and after the intervention of two groups were analyzed and compared.Result：The pulmonary infection rate of observation group was lower than that of control group，there was significant difference（P0.05）；the artificial indwelling drain time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than those of control group，there were significant differences（P0.05）；the satisfaction degree of patients in observation group was higher than that of control group，there was significant difference（P0.05）；the sputum viscosity，blood oxygen saturation and positive rate of sputum bacteria after the intervent
