恩他卡朋联合复方左旋多巴对帕金森病患者运动功能影响及患者耐受性探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 研究恩他卡朋联合复方左旋多巴对帕金森病患者运动功能的影响及耐受性。 方法 整群选取该院2013年6月―2015年6月收治的76例帕金森病患者跟踪随访，抽签随机分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组给予复方左旋多巴治疗，观察组采用恩他卡朋联合复方左旋多巴治疗，治疗2个月观察两组运动功能变化以及不良反应。 结果 治疗后观察组ADL、UPDRS―III较对照组明显较低，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 恩他卡朋联合复方左旋多巴能有效改善帕金森病患者的运动功能和日常生活能力，提高生活质量，且联合用药未明显增加不良反应，耐药性较好。 　　[关键词] 帕金森；恩他卡朋；复方左旋多巴 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）12（c）-0096-02 　　Effecct of Entacapone combined with Benserazide on Motor Function in Patients with Parkinsons Disease and Observation on Patient’s Tolerance 　　CHEN Xiao-juan 　　Neurology， Nanping people’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine， Nanping， Fujian Province， 353000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of entacapone combined with benserazide on motor function in patients with Parkinsons disease and observe the patient’s tolerance. Methods 76 cases of patients with Parkinsons disease treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were followed up and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each， the control group were treated with benserazide， the observation group were treated with entacapone combined with benserazide， the motor function changes and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed after 2 months of treatment. Results After treatment， the ADL and UPDRS―II in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.
