In current public products supply of Chongqing rural poverty alleviation and development there is investment insufficient, the supply structure imbalance, low supply efficiency and quality, supply did not adjust local conditions. The cause of these problems is relatively complex, mainly for public goods supply in poverty alleviation not fully reflect public appeal, public products supply is not fully considered farmers demand to priority supply, supply lack of effective supervision and poor area economy is weak, lack of financial support. Therefore, to innovate the current public products supply mechanism in poverty alleviation and development, optimize the supply environment. From supply main body, the decision-making process, legal protection, democratic supervision and demand expression, make orderly and effective supply of public products in the Chongqing rural poverty alleviation and development come true.
