彩色多普勒超声在肾移植术后并发症中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在肾移植术后并发症中的临床应用价值。 方法 整群选取该院2010年1月―2014年12月间收治的156例患者作为研究对象，所有患者均行肾移植手术治疗，并在术后的1周、1个月、3个月、半年、一年采用彩色多普勒超声进行复查，观察患者的二维超声声像图和彩色多普勒血流频谱变化情况，计算其并发症发生率，以多项临床检查结果为依据，计算彩色多普勒超声诊断的符合率。 结果 156例实施肾移植手术治疗的患者，经彩色多普勒超声诊断，共检出42例并发症患者，并发症发生率为26.90%，以移植肾急性排斥所占比例最高，为12.18%，显著高于其他并发症发生率，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。彩色多普勒超声诊断结果与临床资料的符合率为92.86%（39/42）。 结论 通过彩色多普勒超声可以对肾移植术后的并发症发生情况进行诊断，操作操作简便、无创、重复性良好、准确度高，可以作为肾移植术后并发症筛查的首选方法，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 彩色多普勒超声；肾移植；并发症；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R445 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）04（a）-0167-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the clinical application value of color Doppler ultrasound in complications after renal transplantation. Methods 156 cases of patients admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were selected as the research object， and all patients were treated with renal transplantation and were reexamined by color Doppler ultrasound in 1 week， 1 month， 3 months， 6 months and 1 year after operation， the B-mode ultrasonography and changes of color Doppler flow spectrum of patients were observed， the incidence rate of complications was calculated， the diagnostic accordance rate of color Doppler ultrasound was calculated according to the multiple clinical examination results. Results In the 156 cases of patients with renal transplantation， 42 cases were detected with complications by color Doppler ultrasound and the incidence rate of complications was 26.90%， the proportion of acute renal allograft rejection was highest （12.18%）， which was obviously higher than that of the other complications， and the comparison was statistically different P0.05， the accordance rate of diagnostic results of color Doppler ultrasound and clinical data was 92.86% （39/42）. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose the occurrence of complications after renal transplantation， and the operation is easy with non-invasion， good repeatability and high accuracy， which can be used as the preferred method of the
