成人口腔正畸治疗牙周病临床分析 　　[摘要]目的：讨论并临床分析成人口腔正畸手段对牙周病的治疗。方法：将我院口腔科自2013年3月～2013年12月中收治的120例牙周病成年患者分为两组，一组只采取常规治疗（60例），一组结合正畸治疗（60例），并在治疗结束后对患者的牙龈出血指数、牙齿松动度、牙周带深度、前牙覆盖、牙槽骨高度等方面的改善程度进行观察。结果：在进行过口腔正畸治疗牙周病后，60例成人患者各方面情况对照基本治疗组均有明显好转，患者在治疗前后的病情存在明显差异，治疗有效率显著，存在统计学差异（P0.05）。结论：成人牙周病患者在常规治疗的基础上再结合口腔正畸治疗，可有效改善牙龈的出血状况，使牙齿松动度降低，稳定性增强且排列整齐，牙周袋深度浅化或消除，牙槽骨吸收减少或停止，促进患者的牙周健康，增强了他们的自信，提高了生活品质。 　　[关键词]正畸治疗；牙周病；成人 　　[中图分类号]R783.5 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2014）22-1908-04 　　Clinical analysis of adult orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease 　　CHEN Zhao-she 　　（Department of Stomatology，Shaanxi Provincial Peoples Hospital，Xian 710068，Shaanxi，China） 　　Abstract： Objective To discuss and clinical analysis on adult orthodontic treatment on periodontal disease. Methods 120 adult patients with periodontal disease in Department of stomatology in our hospital from Mar.2013 to Jan.2014 were divided into two groups in a set of parallel， members of one groups（60 cases） taken only conventional treatment，anther group （60 cases） combined with orthodontic treatment，and at the end of treatment on patients，these indicators，for example gingival bleeding index， loose teeth，periodontal depth，coverage of anterior teeth，height of alveolar bone and other improvements，were observed. Results After orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease， 60 cases of patients with the adult control basic treatment group were obviously improved， the condition of patients have obvious differences than before and treatment of the effective rate is significant （P0.05）. Conclusion Adult periodontitis patients， who were treated by orthodontic treatment on the basis of conventional therapy，can effectively improve the gingival bleeding condition，reduce the degree of loose teeth，enhance the stability ，improve the order，shallow or eliminate periodontal pocket depth，reduce or stop alveolar bone absorption，and promote patients periodontal health，which will enhance their self-confidence，along with improve the quality of life. 　　Key w
