心理护理在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗阴性输尿管结石围手术期应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨心理护理在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗阴性输尿管结石围手术期的应用效果。方法：选取2010年6月-2014年1月笔者所在医院泌尿外科收治的102例输尿管阴性结石患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为心理护理组和常规组各51例。常规组给予常规围手术期护理，心理护理组在常规组基础上给予心理护理。观察比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间及术后并发症和复发情况。结果：两组手术时间无明显差异（P0.05）。心理护理组的住院时间（2.6±0.5）d明显短于常规组的（3.3±0.7）d，术后并发症发病率3.9%和复发率2.0%均明显低于常规组的17.6%和15.7%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：充分做好围手术期间护理、加强留置导管及并发症的护理、提供正确的出院指导对整体疗效的提高具有重要的作用。 　　【关键词】 心理护理； 输尿管镜； 钬激光碎石术； 阴性输尿管结石 　　中图分类号 R473.6 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2014）35-0121-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application effect of psychological nursing on ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral calculi in peri operation period.Method：102 negative ureteral calculi patients admitted to our urinary surgery from June 2010 to January 2014 were selected，they were divided into the psychological nursing group and the conventional group according to the random number table method，51 cases in each group.The conventional group was given perioperative nursing，the psychological nursing group was given psychological nursing on the basis of conventional group.The operation time，hospitalization time and postoperative complications and recurrence between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups（P0.05）.The hospitalization time of psychological nursing group was （2.6±0.5）d，it was significantly shorter than （3.3±0.7）d of conventional group，the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate were 3.9% and 2.0%，which were significantly lower than 17.6% and 15.7% of conventional group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Fully nursing during operation period，strengthen the nursing of indwelling catheter and complications，provide correct guidance plays an important role in the overall curative effect enhancement. 　　【Key words】 Psychological nursing； Ureteroscope； Holmium laser lithotripsy； Negative ureteral calculi 　　输尿管结石是泌尿科常见病、多发病，其中5%～10%
