心理护理干预对胃溃疡患者不良心理及生活质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨心理护理干预对胃溃疡患者不良心理及生活质量的影响。方法：选择本院消化内科2014-2015年收治的200例胃溃疡患者，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各100例。所有患者均给予根除幽门螺旋杆菌、抑制胃酸、保护胃肠黏膜、促进胃动力等相关治疗，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组护理基础上结合心理护理干预，观察两组护理效果。结果：观察组总有效率91.0%，对照组总有效率72.0%，观察组明显高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；护理干预后观察组患者生活质量各因子评分均明显高于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；干预后观察组SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组，两组比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；两组患者VAS评分均有所改善，但观察组改善效果更加理想，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：心理护理干预有助于提高胃溃疡患者的治疗依从性，巩固治疗效果，改善患者的负性情绪，提高生活质量。 　　【关键词】 心理护理； 负性情绪； 胃溃疡； 生活质量 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the adverse psychological and life quality of patients with gastric ulcer.Method：200 cases of gastric ulcer in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 according to the random number table method were divided into observation group and control group，100 cases in each group. All patients were treated with eradication of Helicobacter pylori， inhibiting gastric acid， protecting the gastrointestinal mucosa， promoting gastric motility and so on. The control group was given routine nursing， and the observation group was given psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of two groups were observed.Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.0% and the control group was 28.0%， the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After nursing intervention，the quality of life of each factor score in observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；the SAS and SDS scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）；the VAS scores of two groups were improved，the effect of observation group improved more ideal than control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing inter
