心理测量在社区重点人群中应用及心理干预 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.10.82 　　摘 要 目的：探讨和分析心理测量在社区重点人群中的应用效果。方法：以社区进行健康体检的783例居民作为研究对象，均采用症状自评量表、焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表进行心理测量，比较和分析心理测量效果。结果：783例研究对象中，有60例焦虑居民，包括3例重度焦虑、11例中度焦虑、46例轻度焦虑；有25例抑郁居民，包括2例重度抑郁、7例中度抑郁、16例轻度抑郁。结论：社区重点人群的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪明显高于普通人群，在社区健康体检中对社区重点人群进行心理评估，对抑郁症、焦虑症的早期发现有重要意义，及时给予心理干预，可有效降低社区自杀伤害行为，对慢性疾病的治疗有着积极的影响，此外对于提高社区居民健康指数与家庭健康功能的改善也有着十分重要的价值。 　　关键词 心理测量 社区居民 健康体检 症状自评量表 应用 　　Application and intervention of psychological measurement in community target populations 　　Li Huaqing1，Zhang Bing2，Peng Liuman1 　　Egongling Community Health Service Center of Pinghu Hospital，Shenzhen City，Guangdong 5181111 　　Egongling Social Management Center of Pinghu Hospital，Shenzhen City，Guangdong2 　　Abstract Objective：To investigate and analyze the application effect of psychological measurement in community target populations.Methods：783 community residents with healthy check up were selected as the subjects.All of the subjects’ psychological assessment were taken by using of symptom checklist，self rating anxiety scale and self rating depression scale.We compared and analyzed the results of psychological measurement.Results：In 783 subjects，60 cases were anxiety residents，including 3 cases of severe anxiety，11 cases of moderate anxiety and 46 cases of mild anxiety depression；there were 25 cases of depressed residents，including 2 cases of severe depression，7 cases of moderate depression，16 cases of mild depression.Conclusion：Anxiety and depression contagion in the community target populations were significantly higher than those in the general population.Psychological assessment in the community target populations play an important role in early diagnosis of depression and anxiety.If we give the psychological intervention in time，it can reduce the community dutch act and hurtful behavior effectively，and also make a positive effect on treatment of chronic diseases.Moreover，it has very important value in improving the community health index an
