微信公众号在PICC带管出院患者延续护理中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨微信公众号在PICC带管出院患者延续护理中应用。 方法 选取2015年2～5月乳腺癌带管出院患者100例，采用随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组，各50例，结合PICC置管患者的需求，进行常规的教育知识宣传，图文并茂地制作电子宣教资讯，并利用微信公众号平台即时传输功能，通过视频、图文的形式给予患者关于预防堵管、出血、断管、水肿、感染等专业指导，解答患者提出的护理问题。 结果 观察组通过微信公众号平台进行延续护理，与常规组比较，并发症显著减少（P0.05）；患者满意度（96%）与常规组（90%）比较，明显提高。 结论 应用微信公众号平台对PICC带管出院患者是一个有效的延续护理方法，使PICC相关并发症发生率显著下降，大大提高了带管出院患者的满意度。 　　[关键词] 微信公众平台；PICC；延续护理 　　[中图分类号] R248.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（a）-0189-03 　　Application of WeChat public No. in continued nursing in PICC patients with tubes discharged from hospital 　　DENG Qin GUI Shi-min WANG Juan OUYANG Qian-wen▲ 　　Breast Center，the Third Hospital of Nanchang in Jiangxi Province，Nanchang 330009，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the application of WeChat public platform in continued nursing on catheter-related in peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） patients discharged from hospital. Methods From February to May in 2015，100 patients with breast cancer who were equipped with catheter and discharged from hospital were randomly selected and evenly divided into conventional group and observation group.By conventional propaganda and education knowledge with PICC patients′ requirements，electronic education knowledge with pictures and illustrations was designed and provided with specialized guidance on preventing tube plugging，hemorrhage，tube breaking，edema，and inflammation for patients in video and graphics form by instant transmission function from WeChat public No.platform as well as explanation on nursing problems put forward by patients. Results In the observation group， continued nursing was applied by WeChat public No. platform.The occurrence of complication was lower than that of conventional group （P0.05）. In the observation group，patient′s satisfaction was 96%，higher than that of conventional group accounting for 90%.
