华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I I 摘 要 步入 21 世纪后，随着人口死亡率的下降和平均寿命的延长，我国老年群体的数 量也在逐渐增加，使得我国的老龄化现象越来越严重。伴随物质生活和精神生活的 高要求，人们对于养老服务的重视也不断提高，养老服务中应运而生了养老配送问 题。作为养老配送问题的典型问题，为了能减少物流活动的成本，同时为企业取得 更丰厚的经济利益，并促进社会的和谐发展，配送车辆路径问题必将成为研究热点。 本文首先对养老问题和车辆路径问题的背景进行了简单介绍，并分析了其国内 外研究现状。其次归纳了养老配送问题的构成要素，并对问题进行了分类，同时简 要介绍了现有的一些解决该问题的算法。在这些理论的基础上，本文提炼了养老配 送中常见的两类车辆路径问题，即带软时间窗养老配送问题和周期性养老配送问题， 并建立了相应的数学模型。然后引入粒子群算法，在描述了算法的基本思路和流程 之后，对状态更新过程采用较优的更新方式进行调整，运用随机惯性权重 PSO 算法 对所提出的两类养老配送问题的实际案例进行了求解和分析，说明了养老配送中车 辆路径问题应用的实用性。最后，设计了一个简易的养老配送服务系统，用模拟地 图实现了配送路径方案的可视化应用。 关键词：养老服务，时间窗养老配送问题，周期性养老配送问题，配送服务系统 II II Abstract After entering into 21th century, with the decline in mortality rate and the increase of average life expectancy，the aged population of our country is gradually increasing，which makes the phenomenon of aging of our country more and more serious. Accompanied by the high demands of material life and spiritual life, people pay more attention to the services for the aged. And then the problems of distribution for services for aged come out. As a typical problem of the distribution for the aged, distribution vehicle routing problem is bound to become a hot topic, so as to reduce the cost of logistic activities, and earn more lucrative economic benefits for the enterprise, and promote the harmonious development of society. Firstly, we make a brief instruction of the background of the pension problem and vehicle routing problem, and we analyze the research status of home and abroad. Secondly, we summarized some elements of distribution problem for the aged, and classified the problems, and also introduce some existing algorithm to solve the problems briefly. On the basis of these theories, we refine two ordinary types of vehicle routing problem that are distribution problem for the aged with time windows and period distribution problem for the aged, and establish the corresponding mathematic model.
