手术治疗和药物溶栓治疗早期下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效对比分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨药物溶栓治疗和手术治疗对于早期下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗价值差异。 方法 随机选取该院2013年2月―2015年4月期间该院收治的早期下肢深静脉血栓形成患者98例，随机分为手术治疗组（n=49）和保守治疗组（n=49）。其中手术治疗组患者行介入治疗，保守治疗组患者则行常规抗凝和溶栓治疗，分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。 结果 手术治疗组患者的治疗效果（89.80%）明显优于保守治疗组（73.46%），差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 手术取栓治疗能够促使下肢DVT患者临床症状的及早缓解，有利于促进患者生活质量的改善，建议在临床上进一步推广。 　　[关键词] 早期下肢深静脉血栓形成；药物溶栓；介入手术；疗效对比 　　[中图分类号] R654.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0106-03 　　Comparison of Curative Effect of Surgery and Drug Thrombolysis in Treatment of Early Lower Extremitiess Deep Vein Thrombosis 　　ZHANG Lei， CHEN Tao， WANG Kun， TONG Xian-zhou 　　Second Department of general surgery， Zhengzhou peoples Hospital，Zhengzhou， Henan Province， 450003 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the difference of the treatment value of surgery and drug thrombolysis in treatment of early lower extremitiess deep vein thrombosis. Methods 98 cases of patients with early lower extremitiess deep vein thrombosis treated in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the surgical treatment group and conservative treatment group with 49 cases in each， the surgical treatment group were given interventional therapy， the conservative treatment group were given conventional anticoagulation and thrombolytic therapy， the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results The treatment effect of the surgical treatment group was obviously better than that of the conservative treatment group （89.80% vs 73.46%），and the difference was obvious （P0.05）.
