情景式健康教育对泌尿外科手术患者生活质量及抑郁焦虑情绪影响
【摘要】 目的:探讨情景式健康教育对泌尿外科手术患者生活质量及抑郁焦虑情绪的影响。方法:将行泌尿外科手术的260例患者分为观察组(n=130)和对照组(n=130),对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用情景式健康教育模式;采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估两组患者心理状态的变化;应用诺丁汉健康量表(NHP-QOL)评价患者生活质量改善情况。结果:护理后,观察组患者SAS评分与SDS评分均下降,且明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者NHP-QOL评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:情景式健康教育能提高泌尿外科患者生活质量,缓解抑郁焦虑状况。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the impact of situational health education on quality of life and emotions of depression and anxiety in urological patients.Method:260 cases underwent department of urology surgery were divided into the observation group(n=130) and the control group(n=130),the control group received routine nursing while the observation group with situational health education mode.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) were used to evaluate the changes of psychological status of the two groups.The improvement of the quality of life was evaluated by the Nottingham Health Scale (NHP-QOL).Result:After nursing,the patients’SAS score and SDS score were decreased in the observation group,and the scores were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05);the NHP-QOL score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Situational health education can improve the life quality of patients with urological and relieve depression and anxiety.
