彩色多普勒超声在瘢痕子宫妊娠中作用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨彩色多普勒超声在瘢痕子宫妊娠中的临床应用价值。 方法 选取2010年1月～2011年1月来本院进行诊治的瘢痕子宫妊娠患者30例，并对其彩色多普勒超声声像结果进行回顾性分析，将所得结果与保守治疗前后瘢痕处异常回声团的大小、形态、局部血流情况及阻力指数变化进行对比分析。 结果 30例瘢痕子宫妊娠患者中，确诊26例，准确率为86.7%，漏诊3例（10.0%），误诊1例（3.3%）；超声图像表现为典型孕囊型18例，孕囊样结构型7例，混合性包块5例；治疗前与治疗7、30 d后瘢痕处包块内部血流信号及阻力指数变化差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 对瘢痕子宫妊娠患者行彩色多普勒超声检查，可及时掌握胚胎着床部位，且诊断结果准确可靠，可为临床的早期诊断和治疗提供可靠依据。 　　[关键词] 瘢痕子宫妊娠；彩色多普勒；临床分析 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0091-02 　　The effect of color doppler ultrasound on the scared uterine pregnancy 　　WU Jian 　　The Second Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Liuzhou City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region，Liuzhou 545007，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of color doppler ultrasound on the scared uterine.Methods Thirty patients with scared uterine pregnancy between January 2010 and January 2011 who visited our hospital for diagnosis and treatment were selected.And the audio-visual results of color doppler ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively.The results of the size，shape，local blood flow and the resistance index were compared with the conservative treatment group before and after the treatment.Results In the 30 cases of patients with scared uterine pregnancy，26 cases were diagnosed and the precision rate was 86.7%；3 cases （10.0%） were missed diagnosis and 1 case （3.3%） was misdiagnosed；Ultrasound images showed that 18 cases were the typical pregnancy sac type，7 cases were structured gestation sac type，and 5 cases were mixed mass；The blood flow signal in the scar and the resistance index were obviously different after the treatment for 7 days and 30 days （P 0.05）.Conclusion The color doppler ultrasound for the patients with scared uterine pregnancy can timely find out the embryo implantation site and the diagnosis results were accurate and reliable，which can provide reliable basis for early clinical diagnosis and treatment. 　　[Key words] Scared uterine pregnancy；Color doppler；Clinical analysis 　　瘢痕子宫妊娠属于子宫内的
