耳穴压豆对痰湿质高血压患者的干预研究 　　【摘要】 目的 ?^察耳穴贴压王不留行籽治疗痰湿质高血压患者的临床疗效。方法 120例痰湿质高血压患者， 随机分为对照组和贴豆组， 各60例。对照组按常规西药治疗并进行生活方式干预， 贴豆组在对照组基础上加用耳穴贴压王不留行籽治疗， 观察两组治疗效果及血压变化情况。结果 两组治疗后的收缩压和舒张压均低于治疗前， 差异有统计学意义（P0.01）；治疗后， 贴豆组的收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。贴豆组患者中显效17例（28.33%）， 有效28例（46.67%）， 无效15例 　　（25.00%）， 总有效率为75.00%；对照组患者中显效9例（15.00%）， 有效25例（41.67%）， 无效26例（43.33%）， 总有效率为56.67%。贴豆组的总有效率高于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 耳穴压豆治疗痰湿质高血压疗效确切、操作简便、材料价格低廉、无毒副作用， 非常适合在社区卫生中推广应用。 　　【关键词】 耳穴压豆；痰湿质；高血压 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.36.003 　　Intervention study of auricular plaster on hypertension patients with phlegm-dampness constitution LIAO Jian-tang， LI Mai-rong， TANG Wen-ping. Methods A total of 120 hypertension patients with phlegm-dampness constitution were randomly divided into control group and bean-paste group， with 60 cases in each group.
