探究强直性脊柱炎采用中医针灸综合疗法效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 应用中医针灸综合疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎，研究分析其效果。 方法 研究对象为方便选取的强直性脊柱炎患者90例，在该院就诊时间为2015年2月―2016年2月。将其分成对照组与研究组（应用数字随机法），每组45例，分别应用常规药物治疗、中医针灸综合疗法，观察研究两组疗效，包含总有效率、晨起僵硬时间、胸腔与脊柱活动度、中医症状积分、C反应蛋白、红细胞沉降率。结果 研究组总有效率（93.33%）、胸腔与脊柱活动度（47.05±3.29）°、（4.51±0.43）°均高于对照组（75.56%）、（42.76±3.07）°、（4.03±0.37°）；研究组晨起僵硬时间（7.94±4.71）min、中医症状积分（19.85±2.67）分、C反应蛋白（29.13±3.41）mg/L、红细胞沉降率（34.39±2.60）mm/h低于对照组（15.62±4.53）min、（25.63±2.34）分、（33.02±3.57）mg/L、（37.15±2.56）mm/h，P0.05，两组差异有统计学意义。结论 从整体疗效上看，中医针灸综合疗法效果突出，可在临床强直性脊柱炎治疗中普及。 　　[关键词] 风湿病；强直性脊柱炎；柳氮磺胺吡啶；中医综合治疗 　　[中图分类号] R246 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）08（b）-0166-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of TCM acupuncture combined therapy on ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Convenient selection 90 cases of ankylosing spondylitis were studied. The time of treatment was from February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital. It is divided into control group and study group （using digital random method）， and each group had 45 cases， respectively， and the application of conventional drug treatment， the integrated TCM therapy， observation of the curative effect of the two groups， including total efficiency， morning stiffness time， chest and spinal mobility， symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine product， C-reactive protein， erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Results In the study group， the total efficiency （93.33%）， pleural and spine activity （47.05±3.29）°、（4.51±0.43）° were than control group （75.56%）、（4.276±3.07）°、（4.03±0.37）°，group morning stiffness time （7.94 ± 4.71） min， TCM symptoms integral （19.85±2.67）， C-reactive protein（29.13±3.41）mg / L， red cell sedimentation rate （34.39 ± 2.60） lower than that of the control group （15.62± 4.53） min， （25.63 ±2.34）， （33.02±3.57） mg/L，（37.15±2.56） mm/h， P 0.05， the two groups differed significantly， with statistical significance.
