华侨大学硕士学位论文 华侨大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 通过研究，论文认为由单一功能城市开发片区向综合性的新城转型发展是 我国城市新区开发的一个重要形式，应当引起学界的重视。在引导城市开发片 区转型的过程中，应该通过在城市空间结构上明确片区综合性新城的定位，促 进片区与城市总体空间结构的互动；完善片区产业结构，形成产业链，促进片 区“产”、“城”融合；整合以后的城市功能，实现片区功能复合化；同时在片 区开发过程中，要合理利用土地，改善交通条件，增强片区与中心城区的联系； 在引导单一功能城市开发片区向综合性新城转型发展过程中，要注重政府与市 场相结合的新城管理运行模式，保障转型发展的顺利进行。 关键词：城市开发片区 转型发展 综合性新城 II 摘要 Abstract In the current context of rapid urbanization , urban morphology of dramatic changes are taking place ; and the epitaxial evolution of urban morphology is the main types ,which is causing by construction of new district.From the view of the practice of urban construction , construction of new district generally arises with single-function, such as Zone , University City etc; With the continuous development of the city ,and the space of the city expands continuously, the urban peripheral area, which is single-function, is facing the transformation of development pattern ,because it cannot meet the needs of urban space reconstruction. The main content of the thesis is transformation of development pattern which is taking place in urban development area. Based on combing the development process of Jimei New Town, the thesis tries to analysis the process、motion and influence of the transformation of development pattern, and summarizes implementation strategies for urban development area. The thesis is divided into seven chapters, introduction to the main content is as follows : The first two chapters discuss the research background, significance , research framework and route ,and related literature review . The first chapter , on the basis of analyzing of the background, synoptically presents the main research topics, describes the theoretical and practical significance, discusses the technology roadmap and research framework , clarifies the research methods and innovative point .
