改良Stoppa入路与髂腹股沟入路手术治疗骨盆和髋臼骨折疗效对比分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨改良Stoppa入路与髂腹股沟入路手术治疗骨盆和髋臼骨折的疗效对比情况。方法：分析本院骨外科2010年1月-2014年12月65例骨盆和髋臼骨折患者临床资料，依据手术入路方式不同进行分组，改良Stoppa入路组40例和髂腹股沟入路组25例。结果：Stoppa入路组手术时间、术中出血量和切口长度均低于髂腹股沟入路组，Stoppa入路组复位质量均高于髂腹股沟入路组，Stoppa入路组髋关节功能优良率均高于髂腹股沟入路组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：改良Stoppa入路手术治疗骨盆和髋臼骨折的疗效明显，值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】 改良Stoppa入路； 髂腹股沟入路； 骨盆骨折； 髋臼骨折 　　Contrast and Analysis the Curative Effect of Treatment on Pelvic Fracture and Acetabular Fracture by Modified Stoppa Approach and Ilioinguinal Approach/XIONG Jian.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（16）：081-083 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To contrast and analysis the curative effect of treatment on pelvic fracture and acetabular fracture by Modified Stoppa approach and ilioinguinal approach.Method：65 cases with pelvic fracture and acetabular fracture in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2014 were divide into two groups，Modified Stoppa approach group 40 cases and ilioinguinal approach group 25 cases.Their clinical date was analyzed.Result：The operation time，intraoperative blood loss and length of incision of Modified Stoppa approach group were lower than that of the ilioinguinal approach group.The reset quality of Modified Stoppa approach group was higher than the ilioinguinal approach group.The good rate of the hip joint function of the Modified Stoppa approach group was higher than that of the ilioinguinal approach group.The differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：The curative effect of treatment on pelvic fracture and acetabular fracture by Modified Stoppa approach are obviously.This method is worth clinical spreading. 　　【Key words】 Modified Stoppa approach； Ilioinguinal approach； Pelvic fracture； Acetabular fracture 　　First-author’s address：Dongguan Kanghua Hospital，Dongguan 523080，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2015.16.030 　　随着我国交通运输业和建筑业的不断发展，骨折的发生率明显增高，髋关节骨折是骨折重要类型之一，其骨折发生率也呈现明显增高的趋势[1-2]。由于髋关节是人体重要的负重关节，术后关节疼痛和功能恢复质量差是常见的并发症[3-4]。本研究通过对本院收治的骨盆和髋臼骨折患者临床资料进行分析，拟探讨改良Sto
