新生儿脐部暴露不同时机对新生儿影响比较 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析新生儿脐部暴露的不同时机对于新生儿的影响情况。 方法 选择该院2012年12月―2013年12月期间出生的320例新生儿作为研究对象，将所有新生儿按照随机数字法分为A、B、C、D 4组，每组各80例。A组新生儿在断脐即刻暴露脐部残端，B组新生儿在断脐12 h后暴露脐部残端，C组新生儿在断脐24 h后暴露脐部残端，D组新生儿在断脐48 h后暴露脐部残端。观察对比4组新生儿在10 d内脐部出血和感染发生率情况，并且观察比较脐带残端脱落时间和脐部愈合时间。 结果 A组新生儿的脐部出血发生率和脐部感染率均明显低于B组、C组和D组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。A组新生儿的脐带残端脱落时间和脐部愈合时间均明显低于B组、C组和D组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 新生儿脐部暴露的最佳时间为断脐即刻，能够有效缩短脐部愈合时间和脐部残端脱落时间，降低出血率和感染发生率。 　　[关键词] 新生儿；脐部暴露；不同时机 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）02（a）-0068-02 　　Comparison of Different Time Effects on Neonatal Umbilical Exposed Neonates 　　CHEN Xiaoyuan HU Fengling 　　Dongguan City， Guangdong Province， Taiping Peoples Hospital，Dongguan，Guangdong Province， 523900，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the different timing analysis of neonatal umbilical exposed for newborn influence.
