断指断肢再植术中电子气压止血仪应用和护理干预观察 　　【摘要】 目的 分析断指、断肢再植术中电子气压止血仪的应用效果， 总结最佳止血方案。方法 80例行断指、断肢再植术的患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 每组40例。对照组行常规止血带止血， 观察组采用电子气压止血仪止血， 且两组均进行护理干预， 观察分析两组患者的止血效果。结果 观察组总止血满意度95.0%高于对照组的75.0%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组舒适度评分为（0.4±0.7）分， 明显优于对照组的（1.5±1.1）分， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术后总并发症发生率5.0%低于对照组的20.0%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在断指、断肢再植术中应用电子气压止血仪能起到较好的止血效果， 联合针对性的护理干预则能更好促进止血治疗的顺利进行， 有利于患者的恢复， 应用价值较高。 　　【关键词】 断指、断肢再植术；电子气压止血仪；护理干预 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.05.078 　　Observation on application of electronic air pressure hemostasis instrument in severed finger and limb reimplantation and nursing intervention XIE Cai-tong， XIE Li-ye， ZHANG Xiao-li， et al. Methods A total of 80 patient in severed finger and limb reimplantation were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 40 cases in each group.
