条形码技术在儿科护理安全核对系统应用 　　【摘要】目的探讨安全有效的核对技术，提高工作效率，保证患者诊疗用药安全。方法选择2012年1月～2013年12月在儿科住院的100名支气管肺炎患儿作为对照组，2014年1月～2015年12月在儿科住院的99名支气管肺炎患儿作为实验组。对照组采用传统的查对方式，实验组在医嘱转录、患者身份核对、静脉输液、口服药发放、皮试、输血等护理操作环节中使用条形码技术进行“三查七对”。对比两组护理不良事件发生率、护士完成单份医嘱时间及治疗单签名时间以及患者家属对护士工作满意度。结果两组总护理不良事件发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.001），实验组发生率显著低于对照组。应用条形码技术后护士完成单份医嘱核对时间和护士完成单病人执行单签名时间明显缩短（P0.001）。实验组患者家属对护士工作的满意度高于对照组（P0.001）。结论在儿科病区使用条形码核对技术能减少护理不良事件发生率、节省护士工作时间、提高护士工作效率，同时增加患者满意度，值得临床病房借鉴推广。 　　【关键词】条形码技术；护理安全；核对；应用 　　中图分类号：R472文献标识码：ADOI：10.3969/j.issn.1003-1383.2017.04.015 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore safe and effective verification technology to improve work efficiency and ensure the safety of patients in clinical medication and diagnosis.Methods100 children with bronchopneumonia who hospitalized in department of pediatrics from January，2012 to December，2013 were chosen as control group，and 99 children with bronchopneumonia who hospitalized in department of pediatrics from January，2014 to December，2015 were chosen as experimental group.The control group were given traditional check method，and the experimental group were given bar code technology to undergo“three inspections and seven verifications”in nursing operation such as doctor’s advice transcription，patient identification，intravenous infusion，distribution of oral medications，skin test and blood transfusion，etc.The incidence of nursing adverse events，the time of completion of a single doctor’s orders and single signature of treatment among nurses as well as the satisfaction degree of nursing in patients’family members were compared.ResultsDifference of the total incidence of nursing adverse events in the two groups was statistically significant（P0.001），and the incidence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group.After the application of bar code technology，the time of completion of a single doctor’s orders and single signature of treatment among nurses were significantly shorter（P0.001）.In addition，after th
