早期不同妊娠状态孕妇雌孕激素水平及其相应受体表达研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨早期流产患者雌孕激素水平及其相应受体表达的关系,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法 选择早期正常妊娠孕妇20例(A组)、早期先兆流产孕妇20例(B组)、早期难免流产孕妇20例(C组),用化学发光免疫法检测三组对象的血清雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平;用免疫组织化学方法检测蜕膜中雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)的表达。结果 A组和B组E2、P水平明显高于C组,差异有统计学意义(均P0.01);A组和B组E2比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),P差异无统计学意义;A组和B组ER、PR的表达高于C组,差异有统计学意义(均P0.05),而A组和B组之间ER、PR的表达差异无统计学意义。结论 早期流产与雌激素、孕激素及其相应受体有直接关系,妊娠的维持有赖于雌孕激素及其受体的共同作用。 　　[关键词] 流产; 雌二醇; 孕酮; 雌激素受体; 孕激素受体 　　[中图分类号] R714 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-9701(2010)11-23-02 　　 　　The Study of Estrogen and Progesterone and Their Receptor Expressions of Early Pregnant Women in Different Status 　　HAN Wenli ZHENG Meiling 　　The First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University,Taiyuan 030001,China 　　 　　[Abstract] ObjectiveTo investigate related functions of estrogen and progesterone levels and their receptor expressions in early abortive women for clinical evidences of diagnosis and therapy. MethodsCases were classified into three groups. Group A included 20 early normal pregnant women. Group B included 20 early threatened abortive women. Group C included 20 early inevitable abortive women. To use chemiluminescent immunoassay to find out the difference of estrogen and progesterone levels in peripheral blood and to use immunohistochemical method to detect receptor expressions of estrogen and progesterone in deciduas between three groups. Resultsestrogen and progesterone levels in group A and group B were higher than those in group C(P0.01). estrogen levels in group A were higher than those in group B(P0.05),but progesterone levels not. Receptor expressions of estrogen and progesterone in group A and group B were higher than those in group C(P0.05). But there was no difference of receptor expressions of estrogen and progesterone between group A and group B. ConclusionEarly abortion has direct something to do with estrogen,Progesterone hormone and their corresponding acceptor,because the maintenance of normal pregnancy relies on interactions between estrogen and progesterone and t
