浅析护理干预应用于小儿糖尿病神经病变患者效果 　　[摘要] 目的 研究分析小儿糖尿病神经病变患者临床中接受护理干预的效果，为临床护理提供参考和依据。 方法 根据2012年10月―2014年10月该院的小儿糖尿病神经病变患者共300例来进行分析研究，将患儿分成A、B两组，均有150例，A组使用护理干预措施，B组使用普通护理措施，对两组的临床护理情况进行比较分析。 结果 研究显示，A组患儿家属有80例表示非常满意，占53.33%，有56例基本满意，占37.33%，有14例不满意，占9.33%。B组有69例非常满意，占46.00%，有55例基本满意，占36.67%，有26例不满意，占17.33%，A组患儿的家属满意度为90.67%，B组的满意度为82.67%，结果差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 小儿糖尿病神经病变患者接受护理干预的临床效果比较突出，患儿家属对护理的满意度比较高，临床中可以进行推广使用。 　　[关键词] 护理干预；小儿糖尿病神经病变；效果 　　[中图分类号] R248.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）11（b）-0104-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the application effect of nursing intervention in children with diabetic neuropathy and provide reference and basis for the clinical nursing. Methods 300 cases of children with diabetic neuropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected for analysis and research， and divided into two groups with 150 cases in each， the group A used the nursing intervention measures， while the group B used the common nursing measures， and the clinical nursing was compared between the two groups. Results The research showed that 80 cases of children’s family were very satisfied， accounting for 53.33%， 56 cases were basically satisfied， accounting for 37.33%， and 14 cases were unsatisfied， accounting for 9.33% in the group A， and in the group B， 69 cases were very satisfied， accounting for 46.00%， 55 cases were basically satisfied， accounting for 36.67%， and 26 were unsatisfied， accounting for 17.33%， and the difference in the satisfied rate between the group A and group B was statistically significant， （90.67% vs 82.67%），（P0.05）.
