无痛胃镜下套扎术在胃异位胰腺中临床应用 　　[摘要]目的 探索胃镜下套扎术在胃异位胰腺治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取2012年2月～2015年2月九江学院附属医院收治的100例胃异位胰腺患者，根据治疗方式将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例。对照组患者采用无痛胃镜下黏膜剥离术（ESD），观察组患者采用无痛胃镜下套扎术。比较两组患者的手术时间、病灶消失成功率、住院时间、不良反应发生率及术后1年复发率。结果 观察组的手术时间、病灶消失成功率、住院时间、不良反应发生率及术后1年复发率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对胃镜发现的胃异位胰腺进行套扎术治疗，创伤小，手术时间短，并发症少，可以达到去除病灶的目的。 　　[关键词]无痛胃镜套扎术；胃异位胰腺；临床应用 　　[中图分类号] R657.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）11（a）-0024-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic ligation in the treatment of the gastric ectopic pancreas.Methods From February 2012 to February 2015，100 patients with gastric ectopic pancreas in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University were selected，and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment，with 50 cases in each group.Patients of the control group were given endoscopic submucosal dissection under painless gastroscopy，patients of the observation group were given ligation operation under gastroscope.The operation time，success rate of focus disappeared，length of hospital stay，incidence of adverse reactions，and one year postoperative recurrence rate of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The operation time，success rate of focus disappeared，length of hospital stay，and incidence of adverse reactions，and one year postoperative recurrence rate of patients in the observation group were better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The ligation operation is less trauma and operation time，and fewer complications for patients with gastric ectopic pancreas detected by the gastrectomy，and can achieve the purpose of removal of lesions. 　　[Key words]Painless gastroscope ligation operation；Gastric ectopic pancreas；Clinical application 　　胃异位胰腺在临床上又称之为副胰腺或迷走胰腺，主要是指异位于胃黏膜下的胰腺组织，临床上比较少见，多数患者因腹痛行胃镜检查时才得以发现[1]。因胃异位胰腺可以引起上腹痛、食欲减退、恶心、呕吐、消瘦等临床症状，根据其临床症状还可分为四大类，分别为溃疡型、出血型、穿孔型、梗阻型，早期多主张外科手术治疗[2]。目前多采用内镜微创手术进行胃异位胰腺的治疗，而手术的成功性主要取决于病变深度，对于位于黏膜下层且未累及浆膜
