早期康复治疗与高压氧治疗急性脑梗死临床观察 　　【摘要】 目的 对早期康复治疗与高压氧治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察。方法 选取本院自2011年12月～2013年12月收治的90例急性脑梗死患者，随机分为观察组（早期康复治疗的基础上同时采用高压氧治疗）与参考组（仅早期康复治疗）， 比较两组患者神经功能缺损评分及改良Barthel指数评定（BI）。结果 治疗前， 两组患者神经功能缺损评分及改良BI评分比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后， 观察组患者神经功能缺损评分均明显低于参考组， 比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）， 观察组改良BI评分均明显优于参考组， 比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 急性脑梗死患者在早期康复治疗同时给予患者有效高压氧治疗， 能够明显促进其神经功能及其日常生活能力的恢复， 有助于患者生活质量的改善。 　　【关键词】 早期康复；高压氧；急性脑梗死；临床观察 　　Clinical observation on curative effect of early rehabilitation treatment combined hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction YANG Qing-song， ZHANG Ying， Jiang Ke. Department of Neurology， First Peoples Hospital of Shangqiu， Shangqiu 476100， China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To compared the clinical therapeutic effect of Early rehabilitation treatment with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in acute cerebral infarction. Methods 90 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital since December 2011 to December 2013 were randomly divided into observation group （early rehabilitation therapy combined hyperbaric oxygen treatment ）； Comparing the two groups of patients neural function defect scale and modified Barthel index （BI）. Results The nerve function defect grade and modified BI of the two groups of patients before treatment were no statistical significance （P0.05）； After treatment， the neural function defect scale of the observation group of patients were significantly lower than the reference group （P0.05）， and modified BI score of the observation group were significantly better than that of the reference group （P0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatments combined effective hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with acute cerebral infarction can obviously improve the neurologic function，promote the recovery of their daily living and help to improve the patients quality of life 　　【Key words】 Early rehabilitation； Hyperbaric oxygen； Acute cerebral infarction； Clinical observation 　　脑梗死作为缺血性脑卒中， 是由脑组织缺血、血液供应障碍、缺氧等引起的局限性脑软化、脑组织缺血性坏死[1]。
