木丹颗粒联合疏血通注射液对糖尿病自主神经病变患者心率变异性影响 　　摘 要 目的：探讨木丹颗粒联合疏血通注射液对糖尿病自主神经病变患者心率变异性的影响。方法：选取我院收治的糖尿病自主神经病变患者72例，随机分为观察组和对照组各36例，观察组给予木丹颗粒联合疏血通注射液治疗，对照组给予疏血通注射液治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗后观察组患者各项时域指标均有明显改善，其中SDANN、RMSSD及PNN50均明显优于对照组；观察组患者各项频域指标均有明显改善，且均明显优于对照组。差异均有统计学意义。结论：木丹颗粒联合疏血通注射液治疗糖尿病自主神经病变患者，可明显改善心脏自主神经缺血缺氧状态，提高心率变异性，改善自主神经功能。 　　关键词 木丹颗粒 疏血通 糖尿病 自主神经病变 心率变异性 　　中图分类号：R286； R259 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1006-1533（2015）17-0039-02 　　Effects of Mudan granule combined with Shuxuetong injection on the heart rate variability of patients with diabetic autonomic neuropathy * 　　XIE Yufang**， LIU Hongyan 　　（Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Nankang District， Ganzhou 341400， China） 　　ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the effects of Mudan granule combined with Shuxuetong injection on the heart rate variability of patients with diabetic autonomic neuropathy. Methods： Seventy-two patients with diabetic autonomic neuropathy in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 36 cases each. Mudan granule combined with Shuxuetong injection was given in the observation group while only Shuxuetong injection in the control group. The clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results： After the treatment， the time domain indexes of the observation group were significantly improved， in which the SDANN， RMSSD and PNN50 were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group. The frequency domain indices of the observation group were also improved and better than those of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant.
