无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝的临床效果。 方法 选取本院普外科2010年1月～2014年1月收治的28例采用无张力疝修补术治疗的患者为无张力疝修补术组、20例采用传统疝修补术治疗的患者为传统疝修补术组，比较两组的手术时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间、花费费用，观察并记录患者术后并发症发生情况。 结果 无张力疝修补术组手术时间为（51.3±18.4） min，首次下床活动时间为（35.6±5.5） h，住院时间为（5.2±1.6） d，花费费用为（4162±585）元，与传统疝修补术组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；无张力疝修补术组术后并发症发生率为10.7%，低于传统疝修补术组的35.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝安全性较高，效果理想，具有较高的临床应用价值。 　　[关键词] 腹股沟嵌顿疝；无张力疝修补术；传统疝修补术 　　[中图分类号] R656.2+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）09（c）-0030-03 　　Clinical effect analysis of tension-free hernioplasty in treatment of incarcerated inguinal hernia 　　GUAN Zi-sheng 　　Department of Surgery，Shuikou Hospital of Kaiping City in Guangdong Province，Kaiping 529321，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tension-free hernioplasty in treatment of incarcerated inguinal hernia. Methods 28 patients had tension-free hernioplasty in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 were selected as tension-free hernioplasty，20 patients had traditional hernia repair at the same time were selected as traditional hernia repair group，then the operative time，first ambulation time，hospital stay，cost expenses of two groups were compared，and the postoperative complications were observed and analyzed. Results The operative time，first ambulation time，hospital stay time，cost expenses of tension-free hernioplasty group was （51.3±18.4） min，（35.6±5.5） h，（5.2±1.6） d，（4162±585） yuan，respectively，compared with those of traditional hernia repair group，differences were significant （P0.05）；the postoperative complication incidence of tension-free hernioplasty group was 10.7%，lower than 35.0% of traditional hernia repair group，the difference was significant （P0.05）.
