根管显微镜在钙化根管治疗中临床应用分析 　　【摘要】 目的：观察分析对于钙化根管患者采用根管内显微镜下治疗的效果。方法：将笔者所在医院2016年6月-2017年6月收治的钙化根管患者80例采用显微镜下治疗，统计其成功率，并分析牙位与钙化部位对成功率的影响。结果：80例钙化根管患者中66例成功，成功率为82.50%。且牙位不同成功率不同，成功率由高至低依次为前牙组（92.59%）、前磨牙组（83.33%）、磨牙组（72.41%），且前牙组与磨牙组比较差异有统计学意义（字2=3.881 3，P=0.048 8）。钙化部位在弯曲以上或直根管者成功率为96.49%，在弯曲以下成功率为47.83%，差异有统计学意义（字2=26.881 7，P=0.000 0）。结论：根管显微镜在钙化根管治疗中疗效显著，值得临床推广应用，但不同牙位与钙化部位对成功率影响较大。 　　【关键词】 根管显微镜； ?}化根管； 临床应用； 分析 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2018.4.013 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2018）04-0027-02 　　Clinical Analysis of Root Canal Microscope in the Treatment of Calcified Root Canals/HU Su，YUAN Lijin.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（4）：27-28 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the effect of root canal microscope on the treatment of calcified root canals.Method：A total of 80 patients with calcified root canals were treated with microscope in the author，s hospital from June 2014 to June 2016.Their success rate was analyzed，and the influence of the location of teeth and calcification on the success rate was analyzed.Result：In 80 cases of calcified root canal treatment，66 cases were successed，the success rate was 82.50%.And the success rate of different teeth was different，the success rate was 92.59% in the anterior teeth group，83.33% in the premolar group and 72.41% in the molar group，and there was significant difference between the premolar teeth group and the molar group（字2=3.881 3，P=0.048 8）.The success rate of calcification sites in bending or roots was 96.49%，and the success rate was 47.83% in the bend，the difference was statistically significant（字2=26.881 7，P=0.000 0）.Conclusion：The root canal microscope is effective in the treatment of calcified root canals.It is worthy of clinical application，but the different teeth and calcification sites have a greater impact on the success rate. 　　【Key words】 Root canal microscope； Calcified root canal； Clinical application； Analysis 　　First-author’s address：The Sixth Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University，Q
