标准化沟通培训提高产科低年资护士病情观察能力探讨 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨提高产科低年资护士病情观察能力的方法。 方法：归纳产科患者病情观察要点并进行分类，设计标准化沟通实践表，对护士进行培训，要求护士在对患者进行入院评估、住院评估过程中按照实践表的要求观察病情及与患者沟通，及时识别出患者的异常情况并协同医生进行处理。比较培训前后护士对孕妇异常情况的识别率。 结果：实施标准化沟通培训后护士对孕妇异常情况的识别率增高，培训前后比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：标准化沟通培训可提高产科护士对异常病情变化的识别能力，有利于及时对患者进行处置，降低医护团队风险。通过标准化沟通培训还可提高护士的评判性思维能力，促进护理队伍的发展。 　　【关键词】标准化沟通 ；病情观察，护士能力 　　Standardization of communication training to improve obstetrics disease observation ability of junior nurses 　　MU Jian rong 　　Department of gynecology and obstetrics Sichuan people’s Hospital of Mianzhu Province， Sichuan Mianzhu 618200[Abstract] Objective Study on method of improving obstetrical disease observation ability of junior nurses . Conclusion standard communication training can improve obstetric nurses change on abnormal condition identification ability， is conducive to the timely disposal of patients， reduce the risk of medical team.
