毫米波与药物外敷治疗静脉炎和皮肤损伤研究和临床护理 　　【摘要】 目的：比较毫米波和药物外敷两种疗法在治疗静脉炎和皮肤损伤中的效果。方法：将130例静脉炎患者随机分成观察组65例，对照组65例。将70例皮肤损伤患者随机分成观察组35例，对照组35例。观察组行毫米波治疗，对照组行药物外敷治疗，并给予两组相同护理，观察两组疗效、愈合时间、疼痛程度及舒适度等指标。结果：观察组有效率高于对照组，治愈时间短于对照组，疼痛程度评分低于对照组，舒适度评分高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：毫米波治疗静脉炎和皮肤损伤时治愈率高于药物外敷，同时可缩短治愈时间、减轻患者疼痛、提高舒适度，是一种安全、方便、有效的方法。 　　【关键词】 毫米波； 药物外敷； 静脉炎； 皮肤损伤； 护理 　　Study and Clinical Nursing of Millimeter Wave and Drug Topical in the Treatment Phlebitis and Skin Damage/ZHOU Fen，XU Feng-lan，ZHOU Hong，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（08）：108-111 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare the effect of millimeter wave and topical medications in the treatment of phlebitis and skin damage.Method：130 cases of phlebitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with each group 65 cases.70 cases of skin injury patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with each group 35 cases.The observation group was given the treatment of millimeter wave，the control group was given topical medications for the treatment，and given same nursing method for the two groups.The indexes such as curative effect，healing time，pain degree and comfortable degree were compared between the two groups.Result：The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group，the scores of the pain degree in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，the scores of comfortable degree in the observation group was higher than that in the control group，the differences were all statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The cure rate of millimeter wave in the treatment of phlebitis and skin damage is higher than that of topical medications.The millimeter wave can shorten the healing time，reduce the pains and improve comfort level，which is a safe，convenient and effective method. 　　【Key words】 Millimeter waves； Topical medications； Phle
