浅谈国际工程管理中精细化管理 　　摘要：随着我国社会经济的迅猛发展以及对外开放的不断深入,国内施工企业在取得丰硕成果的同时，将触角伸向了海外施工市场，同时参与着国际和国内两个市场的激烈竞争。随着海外项目的不断发展壮大，施工企业要想降低成本、扩大利润空间，实现经济利益和社会效益的最大化，必须要转变传统的粗放管理方式，转而实行工程项目成本的精细化管理。实行成本的精细化管理是施工企业开拓海外施工市场首要条件，是企业超越竞争者、超越自我的需要，同时更是企业适应激烈竞争环境的必然选择，是企业长久屹立于国际承包工程舞台的重要保证。项目成本的精细化管理是一项系统工程。海外项目精细化成本管理能否获利，直接取决于正确地掌握工程项目成本的来源及构成，以相对较低的价格获取竞争优势，有效地控制成本核算，避免盲目开支，减少履约风险。本文以巴基斯坦高摩赞大坝工程为例，并结合笔者多年海外工程项目成本管理经验，对国际工程成本精细化管理进行了分析，并对加强精细化管理提出了几点建议。 　　关键词：国际工程；项目管理；精细化管理；成本管理 　　Abstract: With the rapid development of Chinas socio-economic as well as opening up the deepening of the domestic construction enterprises in the fruitful at the same time, the tentacles into the overseas construction market, and also participates in international and domestic markets and fierce competition.
