甲钴胺联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨甲钴胺联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 从2013年3月―2015年9月该院收治的患者中方便选出110例，将其分为两个小组，每组患者55例。对其中一组单纯采用甲钴胺进行治疗，作为对比组；对另外一组患者则采用甲钴胺联合硫辛酸治疗，作为研究组。分别记录两组患者临床治疗效果和神经传导速度的影响情况。结果 研究组治疗有效率为92.73%（51/55），明显高于对比组72.73%（40/55）（P0.05）。同时两组患者治疗后神经传导速度明显高于治疗前，其中研究组传导速度较快（P0.05）。结论 采用甲钴胺联合硫辛酸治疗方法效果突出，能够改善神经传导速度。 　　[关键词] 糖尿病周围神经病变；甲钴胺；硫辛酸；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）03（c）-0120-03 　　Curative Effect Observation on Mecobalamine Combined with Lipoic Acid in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy 　　CUI Xiang-yong 　　Department of Endocrinology， Xinxiang First Peoples Hospital， Xinxiang， Henan Province，453002 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the curative effect of mecobalamine combined with lipoic acid in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
