用左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片治疗甲减疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析并探讨用左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片治疗甲减患者的临床效果。方法 整群收集该院在2014年6月―2015年6月期间收治的90例甲减患者。对这些患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。并将这些患者随机分为两组，分别为对照组（45例）和观察组（45例）。给予对照组患者甲状腺片进行治疗，而观察组在使用甲状腺片的基础上再添加左甲状腺素钠进行治疗，比较并分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。 结果 观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组患者。其中观察组患者，显效20例，有效21例，无效4 例，总有效率为91.1%，对照组患者显效8例，有效16例，无效21例，总有效率为53.3%。在治疗过程中，参照组患者发生不良反应的情况明显没有对照组患者那么严重，观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组。其中观察组的不良反应率仅为4.4%，而对照组患者的不良反应率为13.3%。 结论 对于甲减患者而言，左甲状腺素钠联合甲状腺片治疗甲减不仅具有良好的临床疗效，还非常安全，具有良好的医疗价值，值得在临床医学界推广运用。 　　[关键词] 甲状腺片；左甲状腺素钠；临床疗效；甲减 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（b）-0163-02 　　Curative Effect Observation on Levothyroxine Sodium Combined with Thyroid Tablet in Treatment of Hypothyroidism 　　LI Xiao-qiang，Li Yan 　　Dongying Lean Diabetes and Nephropathy Hospital， Dongying ，Shandong Province， 257300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and study the clinical effect of levothyroxine sodium combined with thyroid tablet in treatment of hypothyroidism.
