电丛针治疗脑梗死患者运动功能障碍临床疗效观察 　　【摘要】目的:观察电?~丛针治疗脑梗死患者运动功能障碍的临床疗效,并初步探讨电?~丛针治疗的优越性。方法72例脑梗死后运动功能障碍患者随机分成电?~丛针组、头穴丛刺组2组,均按照于氏头部腧穴分区法―七区划分法选取穴位(顶区、顶前区) 。头穴丛刺组向前或向后透刺,留针6 h ;电?~丛针组用自制的电?~丛针连接电针仪,每次通电30 min ;各组每周均治疗6 次休息1 d ,连续观察4 周。治疗前后进行运动功能评定、生活能力评定、临床神经功能缺损评分,并进行两组的疗效评定。结果:各组脑梗死患者运动功能评分、生活能力评分及神经功能缺损评分治疗后均较治疗前有所改善( P 0. 05) 。两组的临床疗效比较,差异也无统计学意义( P 0. 05) 。结论:电?~丛针能够改善脑梗死患者的运动功能和日常生活活动能力,且在治疗形式上易于被患者接受,具有一定的优越性。 　　【关键词】脑梗死;运动功能障碍;电?~丛针;头穴丛刺 　　【Abstract】Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of spoon2needle cluster electrical stimulation of scalp2points for motor dysfunction of cerebral infarction (CI) patients , so as to analyze its superiority in the treatment of CI. Methods A total of 72CI inpatients with motor disturbance were randomly divided into spoon2needle cluster (SNC) group ( n =36) and filiform2nee2 dle cluster (FNC) group ( n = 36) . Multiple filiform needle s were inserted into the Yus 7 scalp2points (Parietal region , Antero2pa2 rietal region , etc. ) , and manipulated for a while , followed by 6 hoursretention of the needle s. Multiple spoon needle s were fixed to the same scalp2points and then the se scalp2points were stimulated with electric pulse for 30 min. The treatment wa s given once daily , 6 time s a week and for 4 weeks. The therapeutic effect was a sse ssed by Fugl2Meyer a sse ssment scale , Barthel Index and clinical neuralfunction2defect a sse ssment re spectively. Results Compared to pre2treatment , the score s of Fugl2Meyer a sse ss2ment scale and daily2life ability a sse ssment of both SNC and FNC group s increased significantly after the treatment ( P 0. 05) . After the treatment , of the 84 and 80 case s in SNC and FNC group s , 0 and 3 were cured basically , 44 and 45 experienced a marked improvement , 35 and 27 had an improvement , 5 and 5 failed , re spectively.
