社区健康促进模式降低老年高脂血症效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨社区健康促进模式降低老年高脂血症的临床效果。 方法 选择2013年3月～2014年2月我社区医院收治的老年高脂血症患者210例，将其随机分成观察组和对照组，每组105例。两组患者均进行常规治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上，采用社区健康促进模式进行干预，对比两组患者的临床效果。 结果 观察组患者血脂正常率、体重正常率以及血压正常率分别为89.5%（94/105）、92.4%（97/105）、85.7%（90/105）均明显高于对照组患者[66.7%（70/105）、69.5%（73/105）、67.6%（71/105）]，差异均有统计学意义（χ2=14.7256、16.3368、8.6247，P0.01）；且观察组患者的疾病复发率为2.9%（3/105），明显低于对照组患者[8.6%（9/105）]，差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.3524，P0.01）。 结论 采用社区健康促进模式进行老年高脂血症的干预，能够实现良好的治疗效果，疾病的复发率低，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 社区健康促进模式；老年人；高脂血症 　　[中图分类号] R473.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（c）-0152-03 　　Effect of community health promotion mode in reducing the elderly patients with hyperlipidemia 　　WANG Lan 　　Community Health Service Center of Bihaiyuntian，the Fourth People′s Hospital of Shenzhen，Shenzhen 518000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of community health promotion model in reducing the elderly hyperlipidemia.
