白内障囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术人性化护理研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究白内障行囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术患者行人性化护理的效果。 方法 选择2012年1月～2013年1月期间在我院进行囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术的78例白内障患者作为研究对象，分为干预组（n=39）行人性化护理，对照组（n=39）行常规护理，对两组的护理满意度、并发症发生率进行比较。 结果 干预组的护理满意度100.00%，显著高于对照组（χ2=7.386，P0.05）。两组均未发生切口裂开和感染，其中干预组的并发症发生率7.69%，显著低于对照组（χ2=4.237，P0.05）。 结论 对行囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术的患者实施人性化护理可以提高护理满意度，降低并发症发生率，值得推广和应用。 　　[关键词] 白内障；囊外摘除加人工晶体植入术；人性化护理；并发症；护理满意度 　　[中图分类号] R473.77 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）29-0147-03 　　Human nature nursing for cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation 　　LIU Shuang 　　Department of Facial Features， Zouping County Center Hospital in Shandong Province， Zouping 256212， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing for cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. Results The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 100.00%， was significantly higher than that of the control group （χ2=7.386， P0.05）. The two groups did not have the incision split and infection， the incidence of complications in the intervention group was 7.69%， was significantly lower than the control group（χ2=4.237， P0.05）.
