社区COPD患者药物使用情况调查分析 　　[摘要] 目的 了解本地区社区慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者药物使用情况，分析用药情况与规范用药要求的差距，为规范用药提供参考依据。 方法 收集本地区社区医院诊治的COPD患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，并对患者进行随访调查，了解患者COPD分级情况、使用药物情况及用药途径，并对调查资料进行分析。 结果 社区COPD患者发病年龄主要在40岁以上，男性多于女性，COPD患者中绝大多数有吸烟史，其使用药物基本为β2受体激动剂、抗胆碱能药、糖皮质激素且在不同COPD分级患者中使用存在统计学意义（P0.05），用药途径为口服用药、吸入用药和静脉用药，在不同COPD分级患者中也存在统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 本地区社区COPD用药基本符合规范标准，但用药途径和规范标准存在差异。 　　[关键词] 慢性阻塞性肺疾病；社区；药物治疗 　　[中图分类号] R563.9 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）14-116-03 　　Investigation and analysis on medication use of patients with COPD in the community 　　LI Zhaohua XIE Bing WANG Lianhe 　　Community Health Service Center of Mayong Town，Dongguan 523130，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the medication use of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in this community and analyze the gap between medication use and standard medication use requirements to provide reference for standard medication. Methods Clinical data of patients with COPD who were admitted to this community hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Follow-up survey was conducted to learn their COPD grading， medication use and the way of administration，and the survey data was analyzed. Results Age of onset of patients with COPD in this community was mostly over 40 years old and the numbe of male patients was larger than that of female patients.Most patients with COPD had a smoking history and their medications basically included β2-adrenergic receptor agonists，anticholinergic drugs and glucocorticoid.Medication use of patients with difference grade COPD had significant differences （P0.05）.Ways of medication of patients with COPD in various grades included oral administration，inhaled administration and intravenous administration，which had significant differences （P0.05）. Conclusion Medication use of patients with COPD in this community basically comply the standard but there exists difference between way of medication and normative standard. 　　[Key words] Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease；Community；Medicine t
