神经节苷脂钠对中老年脑卒中患者神经功能预后影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨神经节苷脂钠对中老年脑卒中患者神经功能预后的影响。 方法 选取本院神经内科2012年7月～2013年6月收治的43例脑卒中患者作为对照组，给予常规综合疗法治疗。选取本院神经内科2013年7月～2014年6月收治的43例脑卒中患者作为研究组，在对照组的基础上给予神经节苷脂钠治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血流动力学指标、氧化应激状况及神经功能缺损评分。 结果 研究组治疗后15、30、60 d的神经功能缺损程度评分显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组的临床总有效率为90.7%，显著高于对照组的62.8%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 神经节苷脂钠联合综合疗法治疗中老年脑卒中效果显著，能够促进神经功能修复，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 中老年；神经节苷脂钠；综合疗法；神经功能 　　[中图分类号] R743.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）05（b）-0117-03 　　Influence of ganglioside sodium on the prognosis of neurological function for middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy 　　CHEN Zhi DENG Yong-hong 　　Department of Emergency，People′s Hospital of Zhongkai High-tech Zone of Huizhou City in Guangdong Province，Huizhou 516229，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of ganglioside sodium on the prognosis of neurological function for middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods 43 patients with cerebral apoplexy in the department of neurology in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2013 were selected as the control group，which was given regular comprehensive therapy.43 patients with cerebral apoplexy in the department of neurology in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the research group，which was given ganglioside sodium on the basis of the control group.Hemodynamic index，oxidative stress status and the score of deficiency of neurological function before and after treatment in two groups was compared. Results The score of deficiency of neurological function at 15，30 and 60 days after treatment in the research group were lower than that in the control group，with significant difference（P0.05）.The total clinical effective rate in the research group was 90.7%，which was higher than 62.8% in the control group，with significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion The effect of ganglioside sodium combined with comprehensive therapy in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy in middle-aged and elderly patient is significant
