系统护理对脑梗死患者生活质量及满意度影响 　　摘 要：目的 探讨脑梗死患者进行系统性护理干预的临床效果。方法 将我院2012年6月～2017年6月收治的90例脑梗死患者作为研究对象并按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各45例。对照组采用常规护理方法，观察组进行系统性护理，观察两组临床有效率、患者生活质量及护理满意度。结果 观察组临床总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；护理后观察组患者的生活质量优于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组护理满意度高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 系统性护理干预在脑梗死患者临床治疗和康复过程中有较好的应用效果，有助于提高临床疗效，改善患者生活质量，提高护理满意度。 　　关键词：脑梗死；系统护理；康复；生活质量；护理满意度 　　中图分类号：R473.5 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.08.062 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）08-0172-02 　　Effect of Systematic Nursing on Quality of Life and Satisfaction of Patients with Cerebral Infarction 　　GAN Xue-mei 　　（Department of Internal Medicine，Xiqiao Hospital，Chengdu 610500，Sichuan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of systematic nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 90 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2017 were divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases each.The routine nursing method was used in the control group and the systematic nursing was carried out in the observation group.The clinical effective rate， the quality of life and the satisfaction degree of nursing were observed in the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The quality of life of the observation group was better than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05），the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention has a good effect in the clinical treatment and rehabilitation of patients with cerebral infarction，which is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy，able to improve the quality of life of patients，and improve the satisfaction of nursing. 　　Key words：Cerebral infarction；Systematic nursing；Rehabilitation；Quality
