舒适型护理对股骨颈骨折术后患者骨折愈合及并发症影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨老年股骨颈骨折患者全髋关节置换术后辅助舒适型护理对骨折愈合及并发症的影响。方法：选取本院骨外科收治的股骨颈骨折术后患者90例，依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组均45例。对照组给予常规护理；观察组在对照组基础上依据骨折所导致具体情况给予相应舒适护理。采用Harris功能表评价两组患者术后髋关节功能；分析两组术后临床疗效；比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果：术后1、3个月和6个月，观察组患者的髋关节Harris功能评分均明显高于同时点的对照组（P0.01）。观察组优良率为91.11%，对照组为73.33%，比较差异有统计学意义（ 字2=3.905，P0.05）。观察组6例（13.33%）发生并发症，明显低于对照组的15例（33.33%），比较差异有统计学意义（ 字2=3.975，P0.05）。结论：相对于常规护理，老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后应用舒适型护理，更能促进关节恢复，减少并发症。 　　【关键词】 舒适型护理； 股骨颈骨折； 骨折愈合术； 并发症 　　Influences on Fracture Healing and Complication of Comfort Care after Operation of Femoral Neck Fracture/TANG Shi-jie，WEI Chuan-jiang，TANG Shi-ping.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（06）：084-087 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss influences on fracture healing and complication of comfort care in treating senile femoral neck fracture after total hip arthroplasty.Method：90 patients with femoral neck fracture after surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table， each group had 45 patients.The control group was given fracture routine nursing scheme， while the observation group was given comfort care based on the control group.Harris function scores were used to evaluate hip joint function of two groups after operation.Fracture healing status of two groups were analyzed.Clinical efficacies after operation of two groups were analyzed.Fracture complication of two groups were compared.Result：Harris scores in the observation group were obviously higher than the control group after operation of 1，3 and 6 months（P0.01）.The fracture healing rates in the observation group and the control group were 91.11% and 73.33%， with significant differences（ 字2=3.905，P0.05）.
