舒适护理在DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层患者支架置入术后应用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨舒适护理在DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层（AD）患者支架置入术后的应用效果。 方法 选择沈阳医学院附属第二医院2012年3月～2013年3月收治的DeBakeyⅢ型AD患者68例，均使用支架置入治疗，术后随机分为两组，对照组34例和观察组34例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上使用舒适护理。比较两组满意度、并发症情况及焦虑自评量表（SAS）得分情况。 结果 观察者满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=15.90，P 0.05）。观察组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。观察组患者SAS得分[（41.74±4.87）分]明显低于对照组[（64.06±5.69）分]，差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。 结论 舒适护理能明显促进AD患者身心舒适，降低术后并发症的发生率，值得在临床护理工作中推广。 　　[关键词] 舒适护理；DeBakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层；支架植入术；应用研究 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-7210（2014）08（b）-0116-05 　　Comfortable nursing application in patients with DeBakeyⅢ aortic dissection after carotid stenting 　　BI Ping 　　Department of Nursing， the Second Hospital Affiliated to Shenyang Medical College， Liaoning Province， Shenyang 110002， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the comfortable nursing apply effect in patients with DeBakeyⅢ aortic dissection （AD） after carotid stenting.
