脂蛋白和超敏C反应蛋白检测在急性脑梗死中意义 　　[摘要]目的 探讨脂蛋白（a）[Lp（a）]和超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）检测在急性脑梗死（ACI）中的意义。方法 选取我院2014年1月～2016年9月收治的68例ACI患者作为ACI组，另选取同期来我院进行健康体检的30例健康人作为健康体检组。比较ACI组与健康体检组的血清Lp（a）、hs-CRP水平，并比较ACI组不同NIHSS评分亚组间的血清Lp（a）和hs-CRP水平，分析ACI组中血清Lp（a）与hs-CRP的相关性。结果 ACI组的Lp（a）、hs-CRP水平分别为（334.72±31.56）、（5.32±2.58）mg/L均显著高于健康体检组的（146.29±21.15）、（0.87±0.43）mg/L，差异有统计学意义（P0.01）。ACI组不同NIHSS评分亚组间的血清Lp（a）、hs-CRP水平差异有统计学意义（P0.01），随着评分的增高，检测指标血清水平呈现逐渐升高的趋势，相关性分析显示两者成显著正相关（r=0.684，P=0.011）。结论 血清Lp（a）、hs-CRP参与ACI的发生、发展过???，可作为反映病情严重程度的重要生物学指标对疾病的发生、发展进行评估，以采取积极的干预措施，降低ACI的死亡率，改善预后。 　　[关键词]脂蛋白（a）；超敏C反应蛋白；急性脑梗死 　　[中图分类号] R743.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）02（a）-0058-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the significance of Lp（a） and hs-CRP detection in acute cerebral infarction （ACI）.Methods 68 patients with ACI treated by our hospital from January 2014 to September 2016 were selected as ACI group.30 healthy people given check-up were selected as control group at the same time in our hospital.The level of Lp（a） and hs-CRP for ACI group and healthy examination group were compared.The level of Lp（a） and hs-CRP for ACI patients with different NIHSS points was compared and the correlation of Lp（a） and hs-CRP in ACI group were analyzed.Results The level of Lp（a） and hs-CRP for ACI group [（334.72±31.56） mg/L and （5.32±2.58） mg/L] was obviously higher than that of healthy examination group [（146.29±21.15） mg/L and （0.87±0.43）mg/L] respectively （P0.01）；the level of Lp（a） and hs-CRP for ACI patients with different NIHSS points was significantly different （P0.01） and with the higher NIHSS points，the serum was gradually increased and the correlation analysis displayed that the detection indicators were positively correlated with each other （r=0.684，P=0.011）.Conclusion Serum Lp（a） and hs-CRP is involved with the genesis and progress of ACI，it is considered as the important biological indicators to evaluate the genesis and progress of ACI.The interventions positively conducted can reduce the death rate of
