胃癌患者外周血CD4CD25CD127lo调节性T细胞表达及意义 　　【摘要】目的：探讨胃癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+CD127lo/-调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells，Treg)的表达及意义。方法：采用流式细胞术检测26例胃癌患者、30例胃溃疡患者和20例健康志愿者外周血中CD4+CD25+CD127lo/-Treg、细胞毒性T细胞(cytotoxic T lymphocytes，CTL)和NK细胞，采用ELISA法检测血清中γ-干扰素(interferon γ，IFN-γ)的表达水平。结果：胃癌患者外周血中CD4+CD25+CD127lo/-Treg占CD4+T淋巴细胞的百分比为(6.12±2.08)%，高于胃溃疡患者和健康志愿者(P均+CD25+CD127lo/-Treg水平与CTL、 NK细胞及IFN-γ呈负相关。结论：胃癌患者外周血中具有免疫抑制活性的CD4+CD25+CD127lo/-Treg水平较高，对胃癌患者具有肿瘤免疫抑制作用。 　　【关键词】胃癌；CD4+CD25+CD127lo/-调节性T细胞；CTL；NK细胞；γ-干扰素 　　文章编号：1009-5519（2007）17-2537-03 中图分类号：R446 文献标识码：A 　　Expression of CD4+CD25+CD127lo/- T cells in gastric cancer patients and its significance 　　XU Rong-wei 　　（Department of Clinical Laboratories，The Third Peoples Hospital of Leqing，Zhejiang 325604，China） 　　【Abstract】Objective：To evaluate the expressions of CD4+CD25+CD127lo/- T cells in peripheral blood from patients with gastric cancer. Methods：26 patients with gastric cancer，30 patients with gastric ulcer and 20 healthy volunteers were included in this study. The proportion of CD4+CD25+CD127lo/- T cells population in CD4+ T cells was evaluated by flow cytometric analysis. The proportion of CTL and NK cells population in lymphocytes was determined by flow cytometric analysis. IFN-γ was measured by ELISA. Results：The population of CD4+CD25+CD127lo/- T cells in peripheral blood from patients with gastric cancer accounted for (6.12±2.08)% of CD4+ T lymphocytes，and was significantly higher in comparison with that in patients with gastric ulcer and in healthy volunteers(P+CD25+CD127lo/- T cells population in gastric ulcer patients was negatively correlated with CTL、NK cells and IFN-γ. Conclusion：The CD4+CD25+CD127lo/- regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of patients with gastric cancer is significantly increased in comparison with that in patients with gastric ulcer and in healthy subjects.
