腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合探查在不孕不育治疗中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 对腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合探查在不孕不育的应用进行研究分析。 方法 将我院2014年4月～2016年8月收治的104例不孕不育患者进行分析。所有患者均采用动态随机化分法，分为两组，研究组和对照组各52例。对照组患者使用输卵管碘油造影，另一组患者给予腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合探查治疗（研究组），观察对比两组不孕不育患者的临床疗效、受孕情况以及手术时间、术中出血量、恢复时间。 结果 结果得知，研究组患者总有效率达到了94.23%、受孕率为92.31%，比对照组更高（P0.05）；研究组患者手术时间（35.39±12.41）min、术中出血量（18.71±9.20）mL、恢复时间（7.04±1.38）d，均低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 采用腹腔镜与宫腔镜联合探查治疗不孕不育，效果显著，能有效提高受孕率，手术时间短、术中出血量较少、恢复时间短，在临床上可以广泛应用。 　　[关键词] 腹腔镜；宫腔镜；探查；不孕不育 　　[中图分类号] R711.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）10-75-03 　　Application of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy exploration in infertility 　　LAI Yaochun 　　Chaoan District Peoples Hospital，Chaozhou 515600，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the application of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy exploration in infertility. Methods 104 cases of infertility patients admitted in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2016 were analyzed.All patients were divided into the study group and the control group according to the dynamic randomization method，with 52 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with hysterosalpingography（HSG），and patients in the study group were treated with laparotomy and laparoscopic combined therapy （study group）.The clinical efficacy，conception and operation time，intraoperative blood loss and recovery time of infertile patients in the two groups were observed and compared.
