腹腔镜手术治疗胃肠肿瘤临床效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜手术治疗胃肠肿瘤的临床效果。方法：选择2012年1月-2013年1月来本院治疗的80例胃肠肿瘤患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组行常规的开腹手术治疗，观察组行腹腔镜手术治疗，观察比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、胃肠功能排气时间、下地活动时间、住院时间、术后并发症发生率、生存率。结果：观察组患者术中出血量少于对照组，手术时间、胃肠功能排气时间、下地活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：腹腔镜手术治疗胃肠肿瘤能够降低术中的出血量，缩短手术时间和住院时间，提高手术疗效，安全性高，值得临床大力推广与借鉴。 　　【关键词】 胃肠肿瘤； 腹腔镜； 开腹手术 　　Clinical Effect Analysis of Laparoscopic Surgery in Treatment of Gastrointestinal Tumors/KUANG Yong-long，LI Zheng-yu，PENG Bei-sheng，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（03）：066-068 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for gastrointestinal tumors.Method：80 gastric cancer patients in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were selected，they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group，40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional open abdominal surgery，and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery，the operation time，the time of gastrointestinal function exhaust，the time of the next activity，the hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than those in control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Result：The intraoperative blood loss of observation group was less than that of control group，the operative time，gastrointestinal function and exhaust time， put down activities and hospital stay were lower than the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery for gastrointestinal tumors can reduce the amount of bleeding，shorten the operation time and hospitalization time，improve the operation effect，high safety，it is worthy of clinical promotion and reference. 　　【Key words】 Gastrointestinal tumor； Laparoscope； Open abdominal surgery 　　First-author’s address：Taishan City People’s Hospital，Taishan 529200，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2017.03.019 　　胃肠肿瘤是临床中常见的肿瘤之一，其?R床症状通常表现为排便次数增多、恶心呕吐、腹胀、或腹部持续隐痛等症状，严重时会威胁患者的生命健康[1-3]。文献[4]研究显
