腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症临床观察 　　【摘 要】目的：对腹腔镜胆囊切除术并发症的发生原因、处理方法以及相应措施进行分析和探讨。方法：我院选择2010年6月-2016年6月接收的188例腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对其进行观察并总结并发生发生的原因以及探讨防治措施。结果：在本次研究中的188例患者中，有6例中转开腹，其他患者均顺利完成了腹腔镜手术，在术后，共有9例患者出现了并发症。其中，胆管损伤患者有2例，胆漏患者有2例，胆总管结石残余患者有1例，出血患者2例，腹腔积液感染患者有2例。对这些患者进行相应的对症处理之后，患者均痊愈，住院时间在5-8天之间，没有死亡病例。结论：通过腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊疾病具有明显的治疗效果，有效安全，且患者手术病发率概率小。在治疗过程中需要严格控制手术指征，规范相应操作，必要时进行中转开腹，对并发症进行积极防治，这样能够大大提高手术成功率。 　　【关键词】腹腔镜；胆囊切除术；并发症；临床观察 　　Abstract Objective： To the causes of the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy， treatment methods and the corresponding measures are analyzed and discussed.Methods： in our hospital in June 2010 -2016 year in June received 188 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed， the observed and summarized and the occurrence reason and discuss prevention and control measures.Results： 188 cases in this study patients， 6 cases were converted to laparotomy， the other patients were successfully completed laparoscopic surgery， after surgery， there were complications occurred in 9 patients.Among them， bile duct injury in 2 patients， bile leakage in 2 patients Residual bile duct stones， 1 cases of patients， 2 cases of hemorrhage in patients with peritoneal effusion， infection in 2 patients.Of these patients after symptomatic treatment.The patients were cured， hospitalization time in 5-8 days， no death case.Conclusion： the laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallbladder disease has obvious therapeutic effect.Safe and effective， and the incidence of a disease in patients with small probability.The need for strict control of surgical indications in the treatment process， the corresponding standard operation， laparotomy when necessary， active prevention of complications， which can greatly improve the success rate of surgery. 　　Key words： laparoscopy； cholecystectomy； complication； clinical observation； 　　【中?D分类号】R657.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-3783（2018）02-03-0-01 　　前言：腹腔镜胆囊切除术具有创伤面积小、痛苦小、
