舒适护理在舒芬太尼分娩镇痛孕产妇中应用价值 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨舒适护理对舒芬太尼分娩镇痛孕产妇的影响。方法：选取2013年1-12月本院收治的接受舒芬太尼镇痛的单胎足月分娩的初产妇120例，按护理方式不同分为观察组62例和对照组58例，观察组给予舒适护理，对照组给予常规护理。比较两组孕妇的镇痛效果、产程时间、产后2 h出血量、顺产率、新生儿窒息率及护理工作满意率。结果：观察组镇痛总有效率、护理满意率及顺产率均明显高于对照组，产程时间、2 h出血量及新生儿窒息率均明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：实施舒芬太尼分娩镇痛的孕产妇分娩期辅以舒适护理有利于克服分娩孕产妇的各种障碍，提高妇产科护理保健的质量。同时舒适护理还可以辅助应用于各妇科疾病诊疗中，科学有效，是一种人性化的护理方法，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 舒适护理； 舒芬太尼； 分娩镇痛； 产妇 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of comfort nursing with sufentanil analgesia for pregnant women.Method：From January 2013 to December 2013，120 cases of received Sufentanil analgesia pregnant women in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were divided into the observation group of 62 cases and the control group of 58 cases according to the different nursing methods，the observation group was given comfort care and the control group was given routine nursing care，the analgesic effect，production process time，2 h postpartum hemorrhage，vaginal delivery rate，neonatorum asphyxia rate and satisfaction rate of nursing work were compared.Result：The analgesia total effective，nursing satisfaction rate and vaginal delivery rate in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group，the production process time，2 h postpartum hemorrhage and neonatorum asphyxia rate were lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Using Sufentanil to make delivery analgesia in parturient with comfort nursing is beneficial to overcome the obstacles of parturients and improve the quality of nursing care in gynaecology and obstetrics which is a kind of humanized nursing methods.Comfort nursing can also apply to the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological disease，it is scientific and effective，worth of clinical promotion. 　　【Key words】 Comfort nursing； Sufentanil； Parturition analgesia； Parturient 　　First-author’s address：The Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Luohu District in Shenzhen City，Shenzhen 518
