华北电力大学硕士学位论文 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 I I 摘 要 本文首先根据压铸机的发展历史、工作原理，分析了变频调速的工作原理。 论述了当前国内变频调速装置的应用现状及变频调速对压铸机节能的重要性， 并以各种知名品牌的变频器为例，阐述了快速响应的变频器在间歇性负荷的应 用。 然后从压铸机的运行状况着手，从理论上分析了变频调速技术在压铸机中 的运用的可行性。以我公司 800 吨压铸机的变频调速改造为例，分析了变频改 造项目的具体实施方法以及实施过程。对改造后的压铸机进行了专门的评价试 验，从实际试验数据出发，详细的分析了改造前后系统的安全性和经济性。最 终试验结果表明变频改造后节能效果显著，同时电机的运行工况得到大幅改善， 该项目的变频调速改造方案获得了成功，为其它改造项目提供了借鉴实例。 关键词：压铸机；变频器；节能；调速 II II Abstract Firstly, according to the history, die casting machines working principle, analyses the working principle of variable frequency speed regulation. This paper discusses the application of current of variable frequency speed regulation device, structure characteristics of frequency converter focuses on rapid response in, and the frequency of various well-known brands as an example, expounds the application of frequency converter and rapid response in the intermittent load. Then proceed from the running status of die casting machine, from the theoretical analysis of the feasibility of the application of variable frequency speed control technology in die casting machine. The frequency conversion transformation of our company 800 tons die casting machine as an example, analyzes the concrete implementation method of frequency conversion transformation projects and the implementation process. The special evaluation test of die casting machine of reconstruction, based on experimental data, a detailed analysis of the security and economy of before and after the system transformation. The results show that the frequency converter has obvious energy saving effect, at the same time running state of motor has been greatly improved, frequency control scheme of the project is successful, and provides a reference example for other projects.
