硕士研究生学位论文摘要Ⅰ 硕士研究生学位论文 摘要 Ⅰ 摘 要 我国的高等级公路建设已经取得重大成就，但是，在近二十年的工程建设当中，沥青 路面施工变异性的控制始终是一个有待解决的问题。为此，本文结合本桓一级公路路面工 程，通过对面层施工状况的深入调查、取样分析、内业资料的整理以及室内试验研究与理 论分析，系统地研究了沥青路面施工参数变异性的成因，并提出了相应技术改进的要点。 本文首先筛选出对沥青混合料使用性能影响较大的参数，包括：级配、油石比、压实 度、空隙率、厚度以及施工温度，然后分析这些参数的变异性及其对沥青路面路用性能的 影响。分析结果表明，各项参数变异性都不同程度的与路面的各项技术性能相关，各参数 之间的变异性在很大程度上也是相互影响、相互制约的，因此控制变异性必须兼顾到各项 参数之间的关系。以这个原则为出发点，本文对引起参数变异的原因也行了深入的分析， 在排除天气、环境和不可预知因素的影响后，发现料源、施工工艺、施工机械、施工配合 和检测手段等是造成变异性的主要原因。最后，根据在施工中发现的问题和数据分析的结 果，对降低施工参数变异性方法提出一些建议和意见。 关键词：变异性；沥青路面；施工；施工参数；施工建议 硕士研究生学位论文 硕士研究生学位论文 Abstract Ⅲ Abstract Today Chinese highway construciton has reached a great accomplishment. However, in the 20 years construction history, engineers still cannot control the variabi1ity of construction parameters in asphalt pavement surface well. The thesis studies the reasons of parameter variability in asphalt pavement surface by the numbers, It is completed through construction survey, swatch analysis, data investigation, expedmental research and theory analysis. All the data are from Ben-Huan freeway construction locale. Firstly, the thesis chooses some paramenters which have significant effects on the asphalt mixture performance, including grade, asphalt content, compactness, void content, thickness, and construction temperature, and it then analyzes the va riability of them, and the variability effects on performance of asphalt pavement surface .Secondly, the result of analysis points out that the variability has relativity to performance of asphalt pavement surface more or less. There are also close rela tionships between parameters that determine the parameters variability. They must be considered when we are go ing to control the va riability. On the basis of such principle, the thesis researches deeply for the reasons of the parameters variability.
