This paper analyzed the substation automation system, the high-voltage disconnector automation system, the interlocking way and control principle. It presented the high-voltage disconnector auto-control system improved method. It discussed the applicability and the rationality. This paper analyzed the interlocking way and the high-voltage disconnector control circuit with the Liaoyang 500kV substation as the example. By building the logic block diagram of interlocking and the logic interlocking model, made the control interlocking relation of the bus disconnector, the line disconnector and the branch disconnector more limpid, made the logic interlocking more perfect. By analyzing contradiction between the interlocking program and electrical interlocking, modified and perfected the oriental interlock relation. So the Computer-Based interlocking relation adapts the field operation more. This paper thorough studied the computerized monitoring system of the high-voltage disconnector with the system of Liaoyang 500kV substation as the example. By the means of the accuracy test of the computer measure and control device, it approved the disconnector auto-control system feasibility and reliability. By the means of the high-voltage disconnector inspection state analysis, it designd the switchover circuit of inspection state and reduces the mistake operation accident of manual releasing the interlocking. By the means of the high-voltage disconnector accident analysis, it designed the diagnose circuit of high-voltage disconnector, improve the capability of high-voltage disconnector accident check, supply the protective to extrahigh voltage
