哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 I 摘 要 变速箱是汽车动力系统的重要组成部分，它对汽车的动力性与经济性、操 纵的可靠性与经济性、传动的平稳性和效率都有直接的影响。随着汽车工业高 速发展和现代机械设计理论应用领域的扩大，人们对汽车变速箱设计的要求越 来越高。其中，齿轮是变速箱的主要传动件，其可靠性问题引起了人们广泛的 关注。 随着可靠性理论在各行业中的广泛应用，新的试验手段和对实验数据处理 的新方法不断出现。本文以某汽车变速箱齿轮为例，将可靠性优化理论应用其 中。针对试验时获得的齿轮完全寿命试验数据进行分析，并把优化技术引入到 齿轮威布尔分布参数常规的线性回归分析与极大似然函数估计方法中，提出了 一种试验数据分布参数优化估计的新方法，分别建立了威布尔分布参数线性回 归优化估计和极大似然优化估计的数学模型。并把后者推广到混合威布尔分布 的参数优化估计中，建立了混合威布尔分布参数优化估计数学模型。在理论上， 论述了优化设计变量的取值范围确定方法。基于上述优化模型，对真实的试验 数据进行了分布参数估计计算。通过对分布函数曲线比较，可知经过参数优化 的分布函数要比没有优化的更接近实际。针对试验数据分布类型的确定存在着 不确定性，应用灰色关联分析方法检验试验数据分布类型，识别出与试验数据 真实分布最为接近的、拟合优度最好的分布类型。 关键词：变速箱齿轮；可靠性；混合威布尔；参数优化估计  Abstract Transmission is an important part of automobile powertrain. It has a direct effect on automobile’s quality of momentum and economy, controlling quality of reliability and portability as well as driving quality of placidity and efficiency. With the rapid development of automobile industry and the expansion of modern machine design theory, the design of transmission is required more and more strictly. As the main part of transmission, the reliability of gears have greatly attracted the reseachers’ attention. With the widespread application of the reliability-based optimal design theory in the various professions, the new methods of experiment and the data reduction appear unceasingly. In this paper, reliability-based optimal design method is applied in the field of gears in automobile transmission. The optimization in close relation to computer has been leaded in the process of conventional regression and maximum likelihood parameter estimation of Weibull distribution. A new algorithm on parameters estimation is put forward based on the principle of the optimization. The mathematical models of regression and maximum likelihood parameters estimation through optimization are set up, and the optimization mathematical model of mixed Weibull distribution is also performed after the latter is popularized.
